In these all levels Hatha Yoga classes, develop flexibility, strength and balance with an emphasis on alignment and energetic balancing. Class offers a broad range of asana, breathing and restorative postures. All levels may include some deeper opening asana as well as pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation. Great for beginners and more advanced students.
