This one-hour online class offers postures and breath practices from a chair, making use of the support of the chair to allowing for greater comfort, access and safety. Use the chair for all the movements of spine while deepening breath and steadying the mind. Some standing may occur as well as lowering to the floor at the end of class for resting.
