This collection of classes was recorded during our lockdown period in spring and summer 2020. Stay with Heartspace for classes even when we can't be together in person.
These online classes offer postures and breath practices from a chair, making use of the support of the chair to allowing for greater comfort, access and safety. Use the chair for all the movements of spine while deepening breath and steadying the mind. Some standing may occur as well as lowering to the floor at the end of class for resting.
